(1) chest/bust Measure your chest by placing the tape measure under your armpits/measure your chest by placing the tape measure under your armpits

(2) breast/breast measure the breast circumference by passing the tape measure over the breast/measure the breast circumference passing the tape measure over the breast

(3) waist/waist measure your waist by placing the tape measure around your navel/measure your waist by placing the tape measure around your navel

(4) hips Measure your hips by placing the tape measure around the widest point
